Fumette es un ahumadero artesanal de pescado 100% sostenible y local con sede en Lège-Cap Ferret.
Desde 2020, Fumette ahúma los frutos de la pesca local y ofrece degustaciones en su terraza todos los veranos. Las tablas de pescado ahumado y otras sugerencias caseras yodadas (rillettes de trucha fresca, tarama, etc.) se pueden degustar como aperitivo en la terraza, acompañadas de una selección de vino natural y cerveza local.
