Faisant partie des trois sociétés pionnières dans ce secteur, c’est la seule en France ayant été construite de toutes pièces pour l’élevage de l’esturgeon. Activité insolite sur le Bassin d’Arcachon, la pisciculture vous propose une visite originale par un guide local qui vous entraîne dans notre univers à la découverte des secrets de fabrication du caviar !
