L'office de tourisme accueille et informe les touristes et la population locale toute l'année. Il apporte des conseils personnalisés sur les séjours et les activités. Un bel espace boutique, vitrine du terroir, a été créé pour satisfaire les nombreux touristes et les locaux. L'office propose aussi un service de billetterie ( visite guidée, spectacle...). Les autres missions : promouvoir et renforcer l'attractivité du Grand Châtellerault, concevoir et commercialiser des offres de groupes et accompagner la stratégie touristique du territoire.
