Etage: chambre 1 (16m²-1 lit 140, 1 lit 90), chambre 2 (8m²-1 lit 90), chambre 3 (10m²-1 lit 140), salle d'eau (wc). Chauffage central fuel en supplément et radiateurs électriques dans 2 chambres. Possibilité de randonnées pédestres au départ du gîte, St Laurent sur Sèvre à 10mn (circuits de randonnée pédestre en bordure de Sèvre Nantaise), Parc Oriental de Maulévrier à 15 min, plages de la Vendée à 1h15, Marais Poitevin et Futuroscope à 1h30 min.
