Situé sur la commune du Ménil. Cet oratoire ancien est accessible à pied, notamment par le sentier balisé chevalet bleu conduisant à La Tête des Champs. On peut s'en approcher en voiture jusqu'à croiser le chemin qui y conduit au bout de 600 mètres. GPS départ : 47°55'06.5" N / 6°49'18" E La chapelle est située sur un amas rocheux dominant les alentours. Ce petit édifice carré est posé sur un socle maçonné. Les murs sont protégés par des plaques de tôle peintes en bleu. Le toit pyramidal est également en tôle mais peint en brun-rouge. On y voit en façade 2 volets fermés par un verrou. S'ouvrant vers l'intérieur, ils protègent une niche habillée de bois. Derrière une fenêtre vitrée ont été installées diverses statuettes de la Vierge, dont une de La Salette.
