Je suis Tanguy Coillot, né en 1996 en Lorraine, région que j'affectionne particulièrement.
J'ai toujours aimé les beaux couteaux, mais c'est en avril 2019 que me vient l'idée d'en fabriquer un moi-même. Après 3 ans de coutellerie sur mon temps libre, je quitte mon emploi de fonctionnaire le 1er avril 2022 pour devenir coutelier à plein temps. Ma production est plutôt centrée sur les couteaux pliants, mais j'apprécie tout autant la fabrication de couteaux fixes aux fonctions diverses. Un couteau est un outil avant tout, c'est pourquoi je privilégie la fonctionnalité en plus de l'esthétique.
