Crowmarsh est une paroisse civile assez grande, principalement rurale, dans le South Oxfordshire, en Angleterre, à l'est et au sud-est de la ville de Wallingford, de l'autre côté de la rivière Thames, et peut également faire référence à son plus grand quartier du conseil de district qui s'étend jusqu'à Ipsden et Nuffield.
La paroisse civile a été formée le 1er avril 1932 par l'amalgamation de quatre paroisses existantes. Les quatre paroisses conservent leurs identités individuelles. Crowmarsh Gifford et Newnham Murren sont des villages contigus séparés par The Street, la route qui mène au pont de Wallingford. Dans le sud de la paroisse se trouvent des villages de la taille d'un hameau, North Stoke et Mongewell.
