Pangbourne est un village et une paroisse civile du Berkshire, en Angleterre. Il est traversé par la Pang, un affluent de la Tamise.
Kenneth Grahame vécut de 1922 jusqu'à sa mort en 1932 dans le village et y écrivit son conte pour enfants Le Vent dans les saules ou The Wind in the Willows en anglais.
