Harbledown est un village dans le Kent, en Angleterre, immédiatement à l'ouest de Canterbury et contigu à la ville. Au niveau du gouvernement local, le village est désigné comme une paroisse civile distincte, celle de Harbledown et Rough Common. La High Street est une zone de conservation avec de nombreux bâtiments classés, y compris une grande et intacte terrasse géorgienne du côté sud. La zone comprend plusieurs vergers de fruits en périphérie, dans les limites de la paroisse.
Une histoire populaire dit que l'endroit a été surnommé "hobble down", après qu'Henri II d'Angleterre a marché pieds nus à travers Harbledown lors d'un pèlerinage à la cathédrale de Canterbury, en repentir de son implication erronée dans le meurtre de Thomas Becket.
