Leith Hill, dans le sud de l'Angleterre, est le sommet le plus élevé de la crête de Greensand, à environ 6,7 km au sud-ouest de Dorking, dans le Surrey, et à 40,5 km au sud-ouest de Londres central. Il atteint 294 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer et est le deuxième point le plus élevé du sud-est de l'Angleterre, après Walbury Hill dans le sud-ouest du Berkshire. Leith Hill est le terrain le plus élevé sur 79 km.
Quatre zones boisées entourant la colline constituent le site d'intérêt scientifique spécial de Leith Hill, de 337,9 hectares, bien que le sommet ne soit pas inclus dans cette désignation.
