L'Avon de Bristol est une rivière du Sud-Ouest de l'Angleterre qui arrose Bath et Bristol. Elle se jette dans la Severn à Avonmouth, quartier de Bristol. Elle est parfois appelée Basse Avon pour la distinguer des cours d'eau britanniques homonymes.
L’Avon prend sa source juste au nord du village d’Acton Turville dans le Gloucestershire du Sud, puis arrose le comté de Wiltshire. Elle n’est navigable que dans son cours aval , entre Bath et l’estuaire de la Severn à Avonmouth .
