Le Strule Arts Centre est un lieu artistique polyvalent situé à Omagh, dans le comté de Tyrone, en Irlande du Nord. Le bureau d'information touristique d'Omagh est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Le centre est détenu et géré par le conseil de district d'Omagh.
En 2003, l'hôtel de ville d'Omagh a été démoli pour faire place au nouveau Strule Arts Centre. Il a coûté 10,5 millions de livres sterling et a ouvert le 8 juin 2007, surplombant la rivière Strule qui traverse le centre-ville. Il fait partie d'un projet de régénération plus large pour la High Street, George Street et la zone Riverside d'Omagh. Il a été conçu par les architectes Kennedy Fitzgerald et Associates. Le centre a été officiellement ouvert en janvier 2008 par Edwin Poots, alors ministre de la Culture, des Arts et des Loisirs, et Margaret Ritchie, ministre du Développement social.
