Le Trou de Horcum est une section de la vallée du Levisham Beck, en amont de Levisham et Lockton, dans les Collines Tabulaires du parc national des North York Moors dans le nord de l'Angleterre.
Les premières formes du nom incluent Hotcumbe, Holcumbe, Horcombe et Horkome. Le premier élément du nom est l'ancien anglais horh, signifiant "saleté", tandis que le suffixe, cumb, signifie "vallée en forme de bol", et est d'origine celtique brittonique.
