Yeading Brook est un affluent de la rivière Crane, dans l'ouest de Londres. Il prend sa source en grande partie dans le fossé du Headstone Manor, et en petite partie à partir d'un petit ruisseau coulant de Pinner Park. Il suit un parcours sinueux à travers North Harrow, Rayners Lane, Ruislip, South Ruislip, et continue vers Southall, avant sa confluence avec la Crane à Hayes. Il mesure 16 miles de long et est praticable sur la plupart de son parcours, traversant un certain nombre de parcs, de réserves naturelles et d'espaces ouverts, y compris l'espace ouvert de Yeading Brook, Roxbourne Park, l'espace ouvert des jardins de Ruislip, Ickenham Marsh, Gutteridge Wood et Meadows, Ten Acre Wood, et Yeading Brook Meadows, où il rejoint la promenade du canal Grand Union et devient peu après la rivière Crane.
