Ham Fen est une réserve naturelle de 41 hectares au sud de Sandwich dans le Kent. C'est l'une des réserves naturelles du Kent Wildlife Trust et elle est en cours d'extension en 2018 de 33 acres supplémentaires.
Ce site ancien de marais possède des prairies humides avec des tourbières profondes, des digues et des fossés, et constitue le dernier habitat de marais ancien survivant dans le Kent. La réserve a été créée en 1991 et, à la mi-2018, couvre plus de 100 acres. Des dommages considérables ont été causés par deux épisodes majeurs de drainage des terres au 18ème siècle et au début des années 1980, ce qui a entraîné une détérioration significative de l'habitat et la perte d'espèces des zones humides.
