La bataille de Didgori a lieu le 12 août 1121 dans l'actuelle Géorgie. C'est un affrontement majeur de la « croisade géorgienne » entre le royaume de Géorgie et la dynastie turque des Seldjoukides. L'armée géorgienne du roi David IV remporte une victoire décisive qui lui permet de prendre Tbilissi, nouvelle capitale du royaume.
Avec 100 000 à 200 000 morts, elle détiendrait le record de morts à cette date, jusqu'à la bataille de Bagdad , qui fut, elle, de 140 000 à 250 000 morts.
