Amphissa , ou Ámfissa , est une ville de Grèce, dans le nome de Phocide, située à 180 m d'altitude au nord-ouest de Delphes. Elle comptait 4 239 habitants en 2010. La ville, ancienne Salona, est le siège du dème de Delphes et de la Métropole de Phocide.
Son nom provient d’Amphissa, fille de Macarée, et petite-fille d’Éole, aimée d’Apollon ; un monument en son honneur existant dans la ville, dont les Locridiens avaient fait leur capitale, ils donnèrent son nom à leur ville .
