Ballinea ou Ballina, est un village et un townland dans le comté de Westmeath, en Irlande. Il est situé à l'ouest de Mullingar, sur la route R390. Le Royal Canal traverse le village, avec le pont de Ballinea utilisé pour passer du côté ouest.
La voie du Royal Canal et la piste cyclable d'Athlone à Mullingar sont accessibles par le pont de Ballinea. Il y a également une aire de jeux pour enfants près du pont.
