Ballinea eller Ballina er en landsby og et byland i County Westmeath, Irland. Det ligger vest for Mullingar på R390 vejen. Den Kongelige Kanal løber gennem landsbyen, hvor Ballinea Broen bruges til at krydse til den vestlige side.
Den Kongelige Kanal Sti og Athlone til Mullingar Cykelsti er tilgængelige via Ballinea Broen. Der er også en legeplads for børn nær broen.
