Mazzano est une commune italienne d'environ 11 700 habitants située dans la province de Brescia dans la région Lombardie dans le nord de l'Italie.

La municipalité de Mazzano est jumelée avec la ville française de Saint-Germain-des-Fossés, située dans l’Allier , à dix kilomètres de Vichy. Le serment de fraternité qui a sanctionné la formalisation du jumelage a eu lieu en octobre 2002 à Saint-Germain-des-Fossés et le 25 avril 2003 à Mazzano .
Depuis 2010, l'administration municipale, dirigée par le maire Maurizio Franzoni, n'a plus envisagé de poursuivre ses relations avec le citoyen français sans confirmation de la commission municipale de jumelage.
