Santa Fiora est une commune italienne de la province de Grosseto dans la région Toscane qui fait partie de la Communauté de montagne Amiata-Grosseto .
Le premier document dans lequel est citée Santa Fiora remonte aux années 890. En 1082, les Aldobrandeschi, seigneurs de Santa Fiora, construisirent les premières fortifications, et au XIIe siècle les écrits commencent à citer le château de Santa Fiora.
