Située entre la villa Appia et la nouvelle via Appia, la villa des Quintili présente les ruines d’une ancienne propriété d’une riche famille romaine.
Elle appartenait aux frères Quintilii, Sex. Quintilius Condianus et Sex. Quintilius Maximus qui furent consuls en 151. Très appréciés de Marc Aurèle, les Quintilii et leurs enfants étaient des figures de l'aristocratie sénatoriale en même temps que des soutiens à l'empereur.
