L'attentat de la piazza Fontana est un attentat à la bombe néofasciste qui s'est produit à la Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura sur la Piazza Fontana dans le centre de Milan le 12 décembre 1969 faisant 16 morts et 88 blessés.
Les attentats terroristes de ce jour-là sont au nombre de cinq, concentrés en l'espace de 53 minutes et frappent simultanément Rome et Milan. Cet événement marque une étape déterminante de la stratégie de la tension, et est considéré comme le principal point de départ des « années de plomb » italiennes.
