Le diocèse d'Aoste est un des diocèses de l'Église catholique en Italie. Suffragant depuis 1862 de l'archidiocèse de Turin, il relève de la région ecclésiastique du Piémont-Val d'Aoste.
Le diocèse s'étend sur la Vallée d'Aoste sur une superficie de 3 262 km2, couvrant 93 paroisses et accueillant 119 546 fidèles baptisés . Le clergé du diocèse est constitué de 96 religieux séculiers et 28 religieux réguliers.
