Agnano est un suburb de Naples, en Italie, situé au sud-ouest de la ville dans la région des Campi Flegrei. Il était populaire parmi les anciens Grecs et Romains et était célèbre pour ses sources sulfureuses chaudes.
Le lac Agnano s'est formé au Moyen Âge dans le cratère volcanique mais a été asséché en 1870 pour accroître les terres arables et réduire l'habitat du moustique Anopheles, qui transporte le parasite de la malaria. Le cratère abrite désormais l'hippodrome d'Agnano et la ville.
