Agnano is een voorstad van Napoli, Italië, gelegen ten zuidwesten van de stad in de regio Campi Flegrei. Het was populair bij zowel oude Grieken als Romeinen en was beroemd om zijn hete zwavelhoudende bronnen.
Het Meer van Agnano ontstond in de middeleeuwen in de vulkanische krater, maar werd in 1870 drooggelegd om de landbouwgrond te vergroten en de habitat van de Anopheles-mug, die de malaria-parasiet draagt, te verkleinen. De krater is nu de thuisbasis van de hippodroom van Agnano en de stad.
