La Nouvelle Sacristie élaborée par Michel-Ange au XVIe siècle à l'intérieur des Chapelles des Médicis, un des éléments architecturaux de la basilique San Lorenzo de Florence. Elle comprend Les « tombeaux des Médicis ».
Ce projet global de la Nouvelle Sacristie, a été commandité par les Médicis à Michel-Ange, et celui-ci, par ses voyages constants à Rome pour l'élaboration du Tombeau de Jules II, en a abandonné plusieurs fois la construction des différents éléments : Il y a travaillé de 1520 à 1527 et de 1530 à 1534 . Cet inaboutissement est notoire par les dessins préparatoires et études des projets qui nous sont parvenus.
