Le Doeshofmolen est un moulin en bois octogonal à base plate situé à l'est de Leiderdorp. Le moulin a été construit en 1830 pour le drainage de la Huis ter Doespolder.
Le moulin a fonctionné jusqu'à ce qu'il subisse des dommages lors d'une tempête en 1949, après quoi le drainage de la polder a été repris par le moulin voisin, l'Achthovense Molen. En 1960, un permis de démolition a été délivré pour ce petit moulin, mais en 1963, le Doeshofmolen a été acheté par la Rijnlandse Molenstichting, qui a restauré le moulin pour qu'il soit à nouveau opérationnel. Il a fallu attendre 2004 pour que le Doeshofmolen redevienne capable de moudre.
