L'Uddelermeer est un petit lac situé sur la Veluwe près du village d'Uddel. Il constitue la source du ruisseau Hierdensche. Le lac est probablement né d'une ruine de pingos ou d'une colline de noyau de glace. Dans le cas de l'Uddelmeer, cela s'est produit pendant le Saalien, l'une des dernières glaciations. Après la fonte du noyau de glace, il ne resta que le trou qui forme aujourd'hui le lac. Le lac a une profondeur d'environ 17 mètres. La vallée de l'eau de fonte est coincée entre les collines d'Ermelo et d'Apeldoorn.
