Le domaine 't Nijendal est situé au sud du village d'Olst dans la commune d'Olst-Wijhe, dans la province néerlandaise d'Overijssel, entre Olst et Diepenveen. Il a longtemps fait partie des biens appartenant au domaine voisin de Groot Hoenlo. Entre 1975 et 1982, il est devenu la propriété de Staatsbosbeheer, avec le domaine adjacent de Hooge Kamp et notamment la ferme Zoogenbrink. Depuis 2021, la Stichting IJssellandschap en est le propriétaire et le gestionnaire. 't Nijendal s'étend sur environ 200 hectares et constitue une zone de valeur culturelle, historique et écologique.
