Plus de 80 000 visiteurs assistent en juin 1970 au Holland Popfestival à Kralingen près de Rotterdam. Amour et paix, sexe et une overdose de drogues et de rock 'n roll donnent le ton : le hippisme est célébré en masse pendant trois jours sur les sons de Santana, des Byrds, de Jefferson Airplane et de bien d'autres. 'Kralingen' était le premier grand festival en plein air aux Pays-Bas.
