Sur l'IJsselkade se dresse le spectaculaire Walmolen. Il s'agit d'un moulin à grains datant de 1851. Le prédécesseur de ce moulin était un moulin standard, qui a été détruit par un incendie en 1850. Il a été reconstruit et a fonctionné jusqu'en 1908. En 1910, tout a été démoli, et seul le socle en pierre est resté. Il devait être démoli en 1961, mais a heureusement été sauvé avant l'arrivée du marteau-piqueur.
Les heures d'ouverture
Le meunier sera heureux de vous en dire plus sur le moulin.
Le moulin est ouvert le mardi et le mercredi de 9h00 à 15h00 et le samedi de 13h00 à 17h00.
Les samedis, le moulin est ouvert une semaine sur deux.
