La station Hengelo est une gare néerlandaise qui a été ouverte le 18 octobre 1865 sur la nouvelle ligne Almelo - Oldenzaal - Salzbergen. Elle se situe au centre de la ville de Twente, Hengelo, sur les lignes ferroviaires Zutphen - Oldenzaal, Enschede - Zwolle et Enschede - Almelo - Amersfoort. C'est également une gare d'arrêt sur la ligne Amsterdam - Berlin et un train circule chaque heure entre Hengelo et Bielefeld.
