Kijkduin est un quartier de La Haye situé à l'intérieur des dunes et sur la plage. Il y a une promenade avec des magasins et également une tour d'observation. Kijkduin est la plus petite des deux stations balnéaires de La Haye.
À la fin du 19ème siècle (quand La Haye était encore loin), quelques hôtels ont été construits ici. À peu près en 1900, Kijkduin n'était pas beaucoup plus petit que la station balnéaire de Scheveningen. La croissance que Scheveningen a connue par la suite ne s'est cependant pas encore produite à Kijkduin.
