La Sprengenberg est une colline située près de Haarle dans la commune de Hellendoorn, dans la province néerlandaise d'Overijssel. Le sommet de la colline se trouve à environ 35 mètres d'altitude. La colline fait partie de la morraine de la Sallandse Heuvelrug et fait partie du parc national du même nom. Les moraines de cette région ont été formées lors de l'Saalien par soulèvement dû à la glace glaciaire venant de Scandinavie. Au sommet de la colline se trouve la maison De Sprengenberg. Le domaine environnant De Sprengenberg est une zone naturelle gérée par la Vereniging Natuurmonumenten.
