The Sprengenberg is a hill located near the Salland village of Haarle in the municipality of Hellendoorn in the Dutch province of Overijssel. The top of the hill is about 35 meters high. The hill is part of the moraine known as the Sallandse Heuvelrug and is included in the national park of the same name. The moraines in this area were formed during the Saalian by the uplift caused by glacial ice from Scandinavia. At the top of the hill stands the house De Sprengenberg. The surrounding estate, De Sprengenberg, is a nature reserve managed by the Vereniging Natuurmonumenten.
