La tour d'eau de Rimburg a été construite en 1925-1926 par l'ancienne mine de charbon "Laura et Vereniging" à Eygelshoven selon un design du bureau d'architecture de cette entreprise.
La tour d'eau a une hauteur de 35,70 mètres et un réservoir d'eau d'une capacité de 200 m³. La tour et la cave à eau claire ont le statut de monument national.
