La torre de agua de Rimburg fue construida entre 1925 y 1926 por la antigua mina de carbón "Laura y Vereniging" en Eygelshoven, según un diseño de la oficina de construcción de esta empresa.
La torre tiene una altura de 35,70 metros y un reservorio de agua de 200 m³. La torre y el sótano de agua potable tienen estatus de monumento nacional.
