Le Middelmolen est un moulin à bascule situé sur la Graafdijk West à Molenaarsgraaf, dans la commune néerlandaise de Molenwaard. Le moulin a probablement été construit en 1655 pour le drainage de la poldre Giessen-Oudebenedenkerk et de Molenaarsgraaf, avec deux autres moulins, désormais disparus : le Zuidmolen (démoli en 1952) et "De Kraak" (démoli en 1890).
Le Middelmolen est la propriété de la SIMAV depuis 1968. Le moulin est en état de fonctionner et draine sur une base volontaire la poldre Giessen-Oudebenedenkerk et Molenaarsgraaf.
