Le siège d'Albert Heijn à Zaandam est un bâtiment de bureaux conçu par T+T design, avec une surface de 40 000 m2. Il emploie 1200 personnes ; Albert Heijn le loue à une société d'investissement allemande, à côté de l'AH, les directions de Gall & Gall et d'Etos y sont également situées.
Le complexe, Provincialeweg 11 et 11a, se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres de l'ancien siège d'Ahold et de la gare de Zaandam, à l'intersection de la Albert Heijnweg et de la N203. L'ensemble est enclavé dans le coin entre cette route et la ligne de train vers Amsterdam.
