La chapelle de Baak est la ruine monumentale d'une chapelle dans la ville de Baak, dans le Gelderland aux Pays-Bas. Il ne reste de la chapelle que la partie inférieure de la tour gothique correspondante datant probablement du premier quart du XVe siècle. La chapelle a été construite vers 1362 et était consacrée à saint Nicolas. La chapelle est tombée en ruine en 1670. Depuis 1776, seule la robuste tour reste. De la tour subsistent trois niveaux. Le premier niveau a une rangée de briques saillante, le deuxième a un feston, le troisième a deux niches. Il y a également une partie de l'étage des cloches avec deux niches dans la façade. L'entrée endommagée a un vitrail. Le mur sud a un escalier, la chapelle ne montre aucune trace de voûtes.
