The Baakse Chapel is the monumental ruin of a chapel in the town of Baak in the province of Gelderland, in the Netherlands. All that remains of the chapel is the lower part of the accompanying Gothic tower, which probably dates from the first quarter of the 15th century. The chapel was built around 1362 and was dedicated to Saint Nicholas. The chapel fell into disrepair in 1670. Since 1776, only the substantial tower remains. Three sections of the tower remain. The first section has a protruding layer of bricks, the second has a mouse's tooth, the third has two niches. Also part of the bell floor with two niches in the façade. The damaged entrance has a fanlight. The south wall has a staircase, the chapel shows no traces of vaults.
