Le paysage de Linschoten est un site protégé par l'État à Linschoten dans la province néerlandaise d'Utrecht. La procédure de désignation a été lancée le 25 mai 1964. La zone a été définitivement désignée le 8 août 1966. Le site protégé couvre une superficie de 2,8 hectares.
Les bâtiments situés dans un site protégé ne reçoivent pas automatiquement le statut de monument protégé. Cependant, la municipalité adaptera le plan de zonage pour réguler les nouveaux développements dans la zone. La protection du paysage vise à garantir l'évaluation urbanistique et historique d'une zone et souhaite assurer son fonctionnement futur.
