Villa Rozenrust est un restaurant à Leidschendam, aux Pays-Bas. C'est un restaurant gastronomique qui a été récompensé par une étoile Michelin en 1976 et a conservé cette note jusqu'en 1989. En 1993, il a de nouveau reçu une étoile Michelin et a maintenu cette note jusqu'en 1999. L'un des chefs cuisiniers qui ont travaillé ici était Cees Helder, devenu plus tard le premier chef cuisinier néerlandais à obtenir trois étoiles Michelin. D'autres chefs cuisiniers étaient Huub Biro, Roberto de Luca, Christian van der Linden, Danny van Wessel et Luca Malagnino.
