Le comté de Viken est un comté norvégien situé au sud-est du pays. Il est créé le 1er janvier 2020 à partir de la fusion des anciens comtés de Akershus, de Buskerud, de Østfold ainsi que les trois autres communes Jevnaker, Lunner et Svelvik. Le toponyme est une référence à la région historique de Viken.
Le siège se situe à Oslo mais les anciens chef-lieu de Drammen, Sarpsborg et Moss conservent plusieurs fonctions administratives.
