Le centre d'extermination de Sobibór était un centre d'extermination nazi situé dans le Gouvernement général de Pologne. L'emplacement de cet ancien centre se trouve aujourd’hui dans le quart sud-est de la Pologne, à proximité des frontières actuelles avec l'Ukraine et la Biélorussie, à environ 250 km à l'est-sud-est de Varsovie.
