Cabanas de Tavira est une ancienne paroisse civile dans la municipalité de Tavira, au Portugal. En 2013, la paroisse a fusionné avec la nouvelle paroisse de Conceição e Cabanas de Tavira. La paroisse couvre une superficie d'environ 4,2 km² et comprend une population résidente d'environ 1181 habitants. Ancien port de pêche, c'est aujourd'hui une destination touristique populaire en été, grâce à sa plage et son île, qui appartiennent au parc naturel de la Ria Formosa.
