Minneapolis-Saint Paul est une région métropolitaine située dans l’État américain du Minnesota autour des villes de Minneapolis et Saint Paul. La région est parfois simplement appelée « Twin Cities » . Elle a fait l'objet d'une coopération précoce entre municipalités sous la forme d'une métropole au sens politique du terme.
Selon le Bureau du recensement des États-Unis, la région métropolitaine s'étend en 2013 sur 16 comtés du Minnesota et du Wisconsin : Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Le Sueur, Mille Lacs, Pierce , Ramsey, St. Croix , Scott, Sherburne, Sibley, Washington et Wright. Avant 2013, elle n'incluait pas les comtés de Le Sueur, Mille Lacs et Sibley.
