Port Arthur est une ville des comtés de Jefferson et d'Orange, dans l’État du Texas, aux États-Unis. Sa population s’élevait à 53 818 habitants lors du recensement de 2010.
Port Arthur a été fondée par Arthur Stilwell à la fin du XIXe siècle, à l'emplacement approximatif de l'ancienne ville d’Aurora, érigée en 1837. Celle-ci se dépeupla durant la guerre de Sécession, avant d'être balayée par un ouragan en 1886, poussant les derniers habitants à partir s'installer non loin de là, à Beaumont.
