Le comté d'Angelina, en anglais : Angelina County, est un comté des États-Unis, situé à l'est de l'État du Texas. Fondé le 22 avril 1846, son siège de comté est la ville de Lufkin. Selon le recensement des États-Unis de 2010, sa population est de 86 771 habitants. Le comté a une superficie de 2 239,2 km2, dont 2 066,2 km2 en surfaces terrestres. Il existe deux versions concernant l'origine du nom du comté. Il pourrait avoir été baptisé à la mémoire d'une jeune amérindienne, baptisée Angelina par les missionnaires espagnoles, ou ferait référence à José Angel Cabaso, un prêtre espagnol.
Le comté est fondé le 22 avril 1846. Il est définitivement organisé et autonome, le 16 juillet 1846.
